Project Manager

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in a mechanical engineering-related field;

2. Possess over 5 years of project management or related management experience, and be familiar with order-based project management processes;

3. Possess excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills;

4. Able to withstand work pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability;

5. Possess basic English reading and writing skills, and be able to read and write English technical documents; 

6. PMP or other project management certifications will be given priority consideration;

7. Possesses strong professional ethics and qualities, and is able to adapt to business trips. 


Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning and execution of order-based projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard; 

2. Coordinate internal and cross-departmental resources to ensure the smooth progress of the project;

3. Monitor project progress and quality, and promptly resolve any issues that arise during project implementation;

4. Maintain good communication with relevant internal departments and customers to ensure that customer needs are met;

5. Develop and optimize project management processes to improve project management capabilities. 

Cost accounting

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or related fields. 

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting within the manufacturing industry, familiar with equipment cost accounting processes. 

3. Proficient in using accounting and office software, with strong data analysis skills. 

4. Possesses excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit; meticulous and conscientious in work. 

5. Proficient in using financial information system software 

6. Priority will be given to candidates with tax-related work experience.


Job Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for cost accounting of manufacturing equipment, including the accounting and analysis of costs for raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead. 

2. Monitor the cost consumption during the production process of monitoring equipment and propose cost control and optimization suggestions. 

3. Prepare cost analysis reports regularly to provide decision support for management. 

4. Participate in cost assessment and budget preparation for equipment procurement, production processes, and other related stages. 

5. Assist in handling tax and accounting related work. 

Financial Manager (Germany)

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting or related fields;

2. Familiar with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as stipulated in the German Commercial Code, or familiar with international accounting standards and have practical experience in financial work in foreign-invested enterprises;

3. Over 6 years of financial work experience, with preference given to those with experience in the finance department of multinational corporations or foreign-invested enterprises;

4. Can work in Germany for a relatively long period of time.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Accounting: Responsible for the company's accounting work;

2. Budget Preparation and Execution: Develop and implement the company's annual, quarterly, and monthly financial budgets, and monitor budget execution.

3. Internal Control and Risk Management: Establish and improve the internal control system to identify and manage financial risks;

4. Assist other financial modules as assigned by the supervisor.
