This approach eliminates cumulative errors caused by multiple setups, ensures extremely high geometrical tolerances and fit precision, and significantly enhances the feasibility of lightweight design while improving machining efficiency.

Rail Transit - Conglin Aluminum
Conglin Aluminum, as a leading supplier of aluminum materials for the rail transit industry, specializes in the precision machining of elongated aluminum profiles for CRRC. The workpieces demand extremely high machining accuracy and dimensional stability. For Conglin Aluminum's PA270 machine tool project, MAKA completed the replacement of the spindle with an A63/26 kW unit, while simultaneously performing a comprehensive machine maintenance. The new spindle delivers optimized cutting power, and the maintenance eliminated potential equipment risks, ensuring strict tolerance control in the machining of elongated aluminum profiles—guaranteeing batch production accuracy and long‑term operational stability.
