To thoroughly implement the national strategic directives on high‑end equipment manufacturing and aviation industry development, and to deepen government‑enterprise collaboration, industrial chain integration, and cross‑regional industrial cooperation—thereby supporting the high‑quality development of the high‑end equipment manufacturing industrial cluster in Yanzhou District, Jining—a delegation recently visited the SAKA Lingang Large Aircraft Industrial Park base and Shanghai MAKA Aviation Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The delegation was led by Wang Hongwei, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Standing Committee of the Jining Municipal People's Congress, and included numerous leaders from Jining City and Yanzhou District, as well as Chen Yong, Chairman of Shandong Dide Precision Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The visit comprised site inspections and exchange discussions, focusing on new opportunities for industrial cooperation and the joint development of a blueprint for coordinated growth.

      Located in the core area of the Lingang New Area, the SAKA Lingang Large Aircraft Industrial Park base serves as a key platform for supporting the national large aircraft strategy and for clustering high‑end precision equipment manufacturing and aviation‑related industries. Leveraging the policy advantages, strategic location, and industrial agglomeration of the Lingang New Area, the base focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of precision aero‑engine components, high‑end CNC machine tools, and core supporting products. It has established an integrated industrial ecosystem that combines aviation and high‑end equipment manufacturing—a positioning that closely aligns with the high‑end equipment manufacturing cluster in Yanzhou, Jining, offering broad prospects for collaboration.

     During the symposium, the two sides engaged in in-depth and candid discussions on key topics including high-end equipment manufacturing industry chain collaboration, aviation support industry alignment, technological innovation cooperation, talent exchange and development, and project implementation and commercialization. Multiple areas of consensus were reached.

     This visit served both as a benchmarking mission to learn from advanced practices and experience, and as a practical step toward deepening cooperation and pursuing shared development. Shanghai MAKA has established a strategic partnership with a leading Shandong machine tool manufacturer, jointly opening a new chapter in cross‑regional industrial synergy. This collaboration will also contribute greater strength to promoting the high‑quality economic and social development of Jining and to serving the national strategic objectives of high‑end equipment manufacturing and the aviation industry.
